Position: Shop Associate

Location: Fort Point, Boston
Compensation: Paid
Hours: Two days per week and every other Saturday

We're on the hunt for a shop associate to assist in growing the retail (brick-and-mortar/ online) side of our business. We're looking for a personable, energetic, organized, ambitious, detail-oriented candidate with excellent customer service skills.

Applicants must be design savvy, Mac users and have a desire to grow with the company. Creative Suite and social media/ marketing skills are a plus. We're looking for someone to take the role and run with it! We're open to new ideas for improving the business and fostering a working environment that is fun, productive, and goals oriented.

The position would have focuses on CUSTOMER SERVICE (managing custom orders; organizing local deliveries; offering on the spot design assistance for shop customers; etc), PRODUCT (maintaining a high level of product knowledge; assisting with merchandising; ordering and receiving new inventory; etc) and PROCESS (managing/ executing shipping; ordering supplies; maintaining stockroom; etc).
